Bali Toyapakhe Diving

Toyapakeh is located at the entrance of the narrow channel between Penida and Nusa Lembongan Bali. The water is clear (25-40 meters visibility). You can see coral bushes, and the deeper areas offer other pelagics like tuna and sunfish. The current here is tricky. This Bali scuba dive site  is challenging.

Toyapakeh is a small Muslim village at the northern. The 3 knots currents are constant and very deep. Healthy, beautiful reefs and sparkling clean water are the characteristics of Toyapakeh Bali Scuba diving site. This most frequently dived area in the island has a good healthy growth of staghorn in the shallows in the north side. Just like the fish, the only place that you want to be is in the natural hollows in the reefs surface.

In this scuba diving site there are plenty of reel fished and in about the 25 meters, the reef runs to a slope odd sand and rubble. Encountered a current, carry the drivers in a steady drift north along the reef edge. A drift diving and rich in fish life due to constant currents make Toyapakeh scuba diving deserves to get two thumbs up. For most Balinese, Nusa penida is a mysterious and even dangerous place. This famous Bali dive spot is also not as fertile as south-central Bali. Otherwise, Toyapakeh’s underwater is a jewel. The current runs along the slope of the Lombok straits. This allows you to dip down to 24 meters or so where you can drift over fields of corals. Blooming coral gardens make a double fun for this Bali dive site. Toyapakeh Bali diving is deep around 3 to 37 meters and has visibility at about 10 – 40 meters.
