Suitable for all levels, Menjangan Bali diving which is located in west of Bali is offering calm and clear water, which makes it a premier Bali dive site for divers. Its white sandy beach also makes this diving Bali location more interesting to have lunch there. In the north of this Bali dive site, at 60 meters or more is the best place to find the beautiful dwarf angelfish Genicanthus bellus. Menjangan Bali diving also has an oldest temple on Bali in the central of it, dating from Majapahit period 1292 – 1528. Many heritages such as deep wreck dive, some unique night diving, exceptional muck and macro diving near Lovina make this Bali dive spot even irresistible.
Experiencing Bali dive safari in west Bali typically offers pristine waters, colorful marine and milder conditions. It is part of National Park, a 19000 hectare tract that covers the coastal area from Banyuwedang Bay to Gilimanuk. Menjangan it self in an old Javanese literary means “deer” and was first famous for its deer. Nowadays, Menjangan Bali diving becomes more popular because of its underwater. Underwater, small fish and vertebrates, lacy sea fans and a variety of sponges are home in drop-off along the south shore and eastern tip. Being the most protected dive site in Bali, Menjangan has also some beautiful snorkeling sites. Large pelagics, whale sharks and manta have been seen through rays. Even better, the visibility of this Bali dive site is the best of any Bali diving sites. But in January until February, Menjangan Bali diving can produce very heavy waves, which make it hard to get out from the island on the park service’s small boats.
