At 8 years old, Jérôme started to learn how to dive in Spain. In 1988, while he was travelling around Asia with his mother, he fell in love with Bali, and decided to settle down in Bali 15 days later. He became a PADI instructor in 1995 and taught his passion in the Philippines, in Spain, in the Maldives and in Thailand.

In 1996, this French native from Paris decided to open Atlantis Bali Diving, the first French-speaking diving club on the island. First, he was established in Seminyak and he moved to Sanur with around ten employees in 2001.

Since then, the fame of his center never stopped growing in a context which was becoming more and more competitive. They started to diversify their activity. Atlantis Bali diving doesn’t only offer try diving and daily diving trips: you can now go on a diving safari but also do some  specialty course or become an instructor. In this context of diversification, Atlantis merged with Dune World in 2 015. The group invested and revamped a boat to offer cruises all around Indonesia: Aurora Liveaboard. Nowadays, Atlantis Bali is known as Dune Atlantis Bali.

The club is currently setting new challenges around Indonesia but also all-over South-East Asia, especially in Thailand and the Philippines.
