The Underwater Paradise that Bali Offered – Diving in Bali

No wonder Bali is called the Island of the Gods. Bali is indeed a dream destination for almost everyone. The scenery is breathtaking, from beaches, lakes, and waterfalls to mountains with endless beauty. 

Moreover, the beauty of the Bali underwater world is very suitable for diving lovers. You can find most of what the underwater world has to offer. There’s a lot to see and discover. 

Bali has many dive sites that you can explore. But make sure again that you meet the required level of certification to dive in your dream dive sites. These are the spectacular dive sites in Bali.

Menjangan

You can take a boat to Menjangan for a gentle dive along coral walls. You must be a certified diver to dive here. But don’t worry, for those who are not certified divers, Menjangan is also a snorkelling paradise.

Gilimanuk

In Gilimanuk, you might explore Secret Bay and discover Banzai cardinalfish, nudibranch, leaf scorpion fish, pipefish, and many more. Even though this bay is not deep, you must be a certified diver to dive here.

Gilis

Since these tiny islands in Gili are often exposed to the current coming from the North, you can discover pelagics. And many more that you can find. Unfortunately, you must be an experienced certified diver to dive here.

Sanur

Sanur dive site is an excellent option for divers with limited time because it’s only 10 minutes away by boat from Sanur beach. This dive site is also a perfect option for divers in training. And, of course, certified divers can dive here.

Amed

You can explore the pyramids and find a Japanese wreck called Lipah Bay in Amed. For an introductory diver, you can dive here. You will have one pool session before going diving. Indeed, certified divers can dive here.

Padang Bai

In Padang Bai, you can explore the Blue Lagoon, which is very enchanting. Don’t worry about those who try diving; you can dive here. And certified divers, of course, can dive here.

Tulamben

You can explore the famous USAT Liberty wreck in Tulamben. Don’t worry for those who are still beginner divers (not certified yet); you can dive here. You will have one pool session before going diving. And certified divers certainly can dive here.

Nusa Penida

You can do some exciting drift dives above Penida reef and discover Mola-Mola. You must be a certified diver to dive here.

To explore these spectacular dive sites, you can choose from two offers: Fun Dive or Safari. Fun Dive usually is just a one-day trip with two dives at the same dive site. And Safari Trip is more than one day trip with more than two dives in different dive sites. It can be two days with five dives, or it can be four days with nine dives. If you only have limited time, you should choose Fun Dive. But, if you have a lot of time, choosing Safari Trip is recommended to explore many breathtaking dive sites. So, what are you waiting for?
